What You Will Do:

  • Support the team manager in the operational management of the duty team, ensuring efficient responses to referrals from the MASH.
  • Manage child protection enquiries and facilitate meetings for care plans, strategy meetings, and court knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee complex casework while mentoring and supporting staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Chair and facilitate various meetings to protect the welfare of children and families.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive practice improvement within the service, fostering an environment focused on outcomes and family-centred support.
