What You Will Do:

• Support the Team Manager in leading a high-performing adults’ social care team

• Provide supervision and professional guidance to staff, driving quality and consistency in practice

• Manage complex cases, using your experience to navigate challenges and support service users’ outcomes

• Collaborate with families, carers, and external partners to ensure joined-up care and support planning

• Monitor team performance and service delivery, recommending improvements where appropriate

• Step up to cover the Team Manager role when required, ensuring service continuity
