Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide leadership to a team working with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, ensuring high-quality and timely interventions

  • Provide professional supervision, guidance, and support to ensure effective case management

  • Coordinate multi-agency efforts to deliver integrated care plans that meet children’s emotional, educational, and safeguarding needs

  • Monitor performance, lead team meetings, and promote continuous professional development

  • Ensure statutory compliance in line with legal frameworks surrounding children’s services, asylum, and immigration
