Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families with a strong focus on child protection and welfare.

• Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to develop and implement robust protection plans.

• Engage in recent and ongoing court proceedings, managing complex safeguarding cases with confidence.

• Take part in a duty rota every 5 weeks, based in the office for timely responses to urgent referrals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements and best practice standards.
