- Strong academic history including excellent GCSE and A-Level results (particularly in Maths, English or Science)
- Prior experience with young people is desirable: tutoring, mentoring, summer schools, classroom volunteering, or peer support roles
- A genuine passion for education and a clear desire to explore a career in teaching or pastoral support
