About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with subject teachers to support pupils across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Sciences, and Humanities. Your duties will include:

• Delivering targeted academic interventions in 1:1 and small-group formats

• Assisting in lesson preparation and in-class support

• Helping with behaviour management and classroom organisation

• Contributing to extra-curricular clubs and pastoral initiatives

• Preparing for a future in teaching by learning from some of London’s best educators
