The Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work across multiple departments providing 1:1 and small group support to students who need additional help to reach their potential. You’ll help deliver tailored interventions, track progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is hands-on, rewarding work that puts you at the heart of the classroom.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A recent or upcoming graduate with a core subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities) or Psychology degree
- A confident, proactive individual with a genuine passion for education and student development
- Previous experience with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a warm, engaging personality
