What you will do:
- Carry out assessments and reviews to ensure adults' and older people's needs are met efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to safeguard the welfare of vulnerable adults.
- Develop care plans that address identified risks while promoting independence.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on adult safeguarding matters.
- Ensure all casework is compliant with statutory requirements and local policies.
- Respond to safeguarding alerts, assess risk and need, and implement protection plans swiftly.
