Position: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse, Adult CMHT Location: Grantham, UK Salary: £26 Hourly Type: Locum Ongoing

What you will do:

• Plan, implement, review, and improve interventions tailored to individuals' needs while effectively managing risk.
• Actively contribute to case conferences and reviews, encouraging involvement from service users and carers.
• Maintain accountability for service users by managing a delegated caseload, focusing on complex cases, and supervising junior staff as needed.
• Provide duty cover, offering support to CMHT patients either by phone or face-to-face.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and create management plans, escalating care when necessary.
