What You Will Do:

Manage and prioritise your workload effectively to ensure deadlines are met, focusing on high-quality written work and impactful interventions.

Conduct assessments and reviews with a person-centred, holistic approach, emphasising individual strengths and preventative measures to maximise independence.

Provide support and conduct assessments for carers and families, ensuring alignment with the Mental Capacity Act, and engaging suitable advocacy when necessary.

Perform Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions when applicable.

Ensure outcomes for service users are achieved through the assessment process and hold providers accountable for meeting these results.

Maintain full, clear, and accurate records, and ensure that any changes to support arrangements are actioned diligently.

Work under the Care Act 2014 framework, ensuring assessments and reviews are accessible, person-centred, and focus on wellbeing and prevention.

Collaborate closely with commissioning to ensure provider quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.

Engage actively in team meetings to innovate on working methods and improve service outcomes.

Participate in regular supervision and commit to continuous professional development through training opportunities.

Raise any identified safeguarding concerns appropriately and in a timely manner, with a focus on Making Safeguarding Personal, in line with the Haringey Safeguarding Process and statutory guidance.

Work positively and collaboratively with partners, professionals, and families to ensure safety, manage risks, and support positive risk-taking.
