Job Title: Occupational Health/MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Stockton-on-Tees 
Pay: £30 Hourly
Length of Contract: 6 months
Work Pattern: Part Time, 2 days per week (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday or Wednesday & Thursday)

We are seeking an Occupational Health/MSK Physiotherapist to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees, offering £30 hourly for a part-time position over 6 months. This role focuses on delivering essential Occupational Health Physiotherapy services that facilitate early returns to work through functional assessments, evidence-based treatments, and worksite evaluations. What you will do:

• Promote overall health and well-being by identifying key areas where occupational support is needed, and provide education and guidance.
• Lead regular health initiatives, including activities like gym sessions, Cummins MOTs, and promotions of events such as Tough Mudders, 10K races, and park runs.
• Conduct practical demonstrations on both the shop floor and office environments to enhance employee engagement with health and fitness.
• Carry out precise clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, in person and remotely, tailored to employee needs.
• Offer expert advice to management about employees' fitness to work and recommend appropriate workplace adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with national clinical standards for rehabilitation and best practices in occupational health.

Requirements:

• Physiotherapy qualification.
• PGC qualification in ergonomics.
• Experience in MSK and ergonomics, ideally with 5 years as a physiotherapist and 3 years in MSK.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
