What you will do:
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide expert dietetic care and nutritional advice for patients.
- Develop and manage nutritional care plans for patients with GI, colorectal, and other related conditions.
- Conduct assessments and provide specialised dietary advice for enteral feeding and TPN.
- Participate in outpatient clinics, offering tailored nutritional guidance to patients.
- Utilise your expertise in low FODMAP diets to aid in patient treatment when necessary.
- Maintain and update patient records to ensure precise documentation and smooth care transition.
- Support in audit and research activities to contribute to service development and improvements.
