Locum Social Worker Job in Front Door/MASH Team in Conwy UK - Earn £39.18 Hourly for a 12-week contract with potential for extension. With a 37-hour work week from Monday to Friday, this full-time role requires you to be on-site at Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, Conwy for a minimum of four days a week. What you will do:

- Deliver a high-quality duty social work service to children and families at the front door referral point within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
- Support the Team Manager in triaging referrals and undertake appropriate actions to facilitate decision-making at service entry points.
- Engage in signposting and short interventions to provide immediate support to children and families.
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure compliance with the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (2014) and the All Wales Safeguarding Procedures.

Skills and qualifications required:

- Social Work degree with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience along with proficient technology and software skills.
- Registration with Social Care Wales and expertise in Child Protection and S47 protocols.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
