Social Worker Locum Opportunity within Assessment and Staying Together Team in Stafford, UK. Earn £33.30 per hour. What you will do:

• Support children and their families through a restorative approach, providing services under Child in Need or Child Protection Planning.
• Collaborate with the duty team to manage escalations and minimise court proceedings, preparing court reports as needed.
• Hold cases through court proceedings until final order, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
• Provide ongoing support to children in care, including children with adoption plans.
• Work closely with team members to offer innovative solutions and support for complex cases.
