What you will do:
- Provide exceptional social work services within the Looked After Children Team, ensuring that children secure permanency in their lives.
- Deliver advice and support to children and families, working in partnership with them to achieve positive outcomes.
- Carry out assessments, produce care plans, and undertake statutory visits.
- Contribute to the learning and development of team members by utilizing your experience in supervisory and practice development roles.
- Engage in both home and office-based work to adapt to the needs of the children and families you support.
