What you will do:

• Manage and prioritise your own caseload effectively
• Plan and deliver high-quality Health Visiting Services
• Refer children to appropriate specialists
• Provide informed advice and support to other agencies and families
• Engage with statutory and voluntary agencies to meet client needs
• Prominently promote a family-centred Public Health agenda
• Vigilantly address child protection issues and follow related policies and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Facilitate Multi-Agency Support Hub (MASH) meetings and participate in case conferences
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
• Organise and conduct child health promotion activities and screenings
• Empower families with information and support for health decisions
• Prescribe as needed under Nurse Prescribing guidelines
• Manage baby clinics and provide specialist family advice
