What you will do:
- Manage and prioritise your own caseload effectively
- Plan and deliver high-quality Health Visiting Services
- Refer children to appropriate specialists
- Provide informed advice and support to other agencies and families
- Engage with statutory and voluntary agencies to meet client needs
- Prominently promote a family-centred Public Health agenda
- Vigilantly address child protection issues and follow related policies and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Facilitate Multi-Agency Support Hub (MASH) meetings and participate in case conferences
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
- Organise and conduct child health promotion activities and screenings
- Empower families with information and support for health decisions
- Prescribe as needed under Nurse Prescribing guidelines
- Manage baby clinics and provide specialist family advice
