What you will do:

- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs and risks for vulnerable children and their families to support their well-being.
- Develop and implement effective care plans and child protection strategies tailored to each child's needs.
- Collaborate efficiently with multi-agency teams to deliver comprehensive support for families.
- Engage in direct work with children to identify their needs and ensure they are voiced and met adequately.
- Navigate child protection investigations, ensuring children are safeguarded in accordance with statutory frameworks and policies.

This role requires an experienced and enthusiastic professional with at least three years of post-qualified experience in local authority children's social care in England. You must be a capable car driver willing to travel throughout the county as needed, ensuring you can provide timely support.
