The Opportunity

Join a specialist Care Coordinator Team in Newham as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist. In this vital role, you will work with individuals aged 18–65 who have experienced a first episode of psychosis. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to recovery-focused care using a biopsychosocial approach, within a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 21 clients, providing tailored, person-centred care plans.

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions focused on recovery, independence, and well-being.

• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans to promote optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic service delivery.

• Participate in regular case reviews, team meetings, and service improvement discussions.

Requirements

• HCPC registration (Occupational Therapist).

• Full UK driving licence (required for community-based travel).
