What you will do:

• Engage in safeguarding work to ensure children remain safely with their families whenever possible.
• Collaborate and progress CIN and CP protection plans, fostering better outcomes for children and families.
• Work closely with consultant social workers and systemic practitioners to enhance your practice.
• Take part in regular team meetings and duty weeks in our town hall campus, contributing to team cohesion and development.
• Conduct face-to-face visits and meetings with children and families, upholding the personal connection crucial in social work.
