What you will do:

- Handle a manageable caseload within an experienced and supportive team, focusing on assessments, care and support, child protection, and occasionally court or adoption work.
- Support children with various conditions such as neurological impairments, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, sensory impairments, and mental health issues.
- Facilitate the creation and review of care plans that are child-focused and adaptive to the individual needs of each family.
- Work closely with health, education, and other organisations to deliver comprehensive support and interventions.
- Empower children and their families to achieve a stable and fulfilling life through empathetic and person-centred social work practices.
