We are on the hunt for talented and enthusiastic team managers who are ready to make an impact. In this role, you will lead, manage, and inspire a small team of up to six social workers, with support from dedicated administrative staff and advanced social work practitioners. Your daily aim will be to maintain a relentless focus on achieving positive outcomes for our children and young people.

What you will do:

- Implement complex child in need planning, child protection plans, and manage private and public court proceedings.
- Support families in caring for children safely while working closely with specialist family support services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams addressing issues like substance misuse, mental health, and domestic abuse.
- Provide regular supervision and oversight to social workers and ASYEs, ensuring high quality service delivery.
- Chair strategy meetings and Public Law Outline Meetings, steering key strategic decisions.
