Salary: £31,650 – £43,607 (MPS, based on experience)

We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent that is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join a school that truly values professional growth, collaboration, and student-centred learning.

About the Role:

• Full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025

• Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with opportunities for Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and specialism (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to a range of learning abilities

• Support both academic achievement and students’ wider personal development

• Work closely with a dedicated and collaborative Science department

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – open to both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators

• A relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related science discipline (2:1 or higher preferred)

• Strong knowledge of the secondary Science curriculum and current teaching practices

• Confident classroom presence with excellent communication and organisation skills

• A proactive, reflective teacher who’s committed to continuous improvement
