What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality social work services with a focus on promoting the safety and wellbeing of children.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, family work coordinators, and partner agencies to provide holistic support to families.
- Undertake assessments and implement plans to meet the needs of children and families, whilst managing risk effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records using Liquid Logic, our case management system.
- Engage in reflective supervision regularly to enhance your practice and ensure positive outcomes for service users.
