What you will do:
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance and audit frameworks to support adult social care practices, ensuring they align with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
- Lead the design and delivery of quality audits, including case file reviews and practice evaluations, to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote learning from audit outcomes, collaborating with learning and development teams to embed positive practice changes across the workforce.
- Collect, collate, and analyse data from audits, preparing detailed reports for senior management to inform decision making.
