We have an exciting locum opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to take on the role of Assistant Team Manager within Social Services in Stockport. What you will do:
- Triage referrals into the service, ensuring efficient and timely processing
- Support the Team Manager with day-to-day operations of the front door team
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding standards
- Confidently make defensible decisions in a high-pressure environment
- Utilise previous management experience to effectively lead and support your team
- Use your in-depth knowledge of the Liquid Logic system to enhance service delivery
To succeed, you must have previous relevant management and triaging experience, with expert knowledge of the Liquid Logic system. A valid HCPC registration and being a confident car driver are essential as mobility within the area is necessary for this role.
