What you will do:

• Efficiently manage a caseload of children and families, ensuring you deliver timely and effective interventions tailored to their needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to promote children's safety, stability, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with families and a range of multi-agency partners to coordinate ongoing support and interventions.
• Attend and actively contribute to meetings, including child protection conferences, reviews, and legal planning.
• Prepare detailed reports for meetings and court proceedings as required, ensuring they are comprehensive and informative.
• Maintain thorough and accurate case records in line with legal and policy requirements.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development activities to maintain the highest practice standards.
