What you will do:

• Complete Connected Person Assessments and Special Guardianship assessments, including conversion assessments for carers seeking a Special Guardianship arrangement.
• Assess potential kinship arrangements as well as current foster carers ready to take the next step.
• Explain the benefits and differences of becoming a Kinship foster carer or Special Guardian for the children in their care.
• Provide continued support and guidance to carers, ensuring both carers and children thrive in their placements.
• Collaborate with other professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support plans.
