What you will do:

- Conduct annual reviews for Bromley residents receiving adult social care services, ensuring service effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee admissions for extra care housing, both short-term and permanent, maintaining high standards of care.
- Undertake safeguarding adult enquiries, fulfilling statutory duties aligned with Adult Social Care legislation.
- Employ excellent communication, analytical, and written skills to effectively document and manage care information using different IT systems.
- Collaborate with a supportive management team, working in compliance with the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, fostering best practices.
- Receive regular supervision and participate in training and career development opportunities, using the Council’s Appraisal model.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records on social care systems, prioritising tasks and meeting performance targets.
