Salary: £31,650 – £43,607 | Permanent | September 2025 Start

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to launch your secondary teaching career, or an experienced teacher looking for a fresh start in a supportive and forward-thinking school?

We’re currently recruiting for a passionate and driven Secondary Teacher or ECT to join a welcoming secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent starting September 2025. We are open to all subject specialisms.

The Role:

• Full-time, permanent position starting September 2025

• Flexibility to teach across Key Stage 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 depending on your subject and experience

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in your specialist subject

• Support students’ academic progress and personal development

• Collaborate closely with a skilled and committed teaching team

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from ECTs are strongly encouraged

• A relevant degree in your subject area (2:1 or higher preferred)

• Strong subject knowledge aligned with the national curriculum

• Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills

• A reflective, dedicated teacher eager to make a positive impact
