• Hold and manage a caseload, conducting annual reviews and ensuring the needs of the child and foster placements are met efficiently.
• Attend all associated meetings, contributing valuable insights and making key decisions during panel discussions.
• Ensure registration with Social Work England, maintaining professional standards and up-to-date knowledge.
• Participate in training sessions, enhancing your skills and staying informed about the latest trends in social work.
• Embrace office culture with regular Thursdays dedicated to team collaboration and effective planning.
• Fulfil duty days with responsibility and dedication, providing necessary support and guidance to foster carers and children in care.
