Adult's Residential Support Worker in Kent (UK) - £24,829 Annually, Permanent

What you will do:
- Actively engage in delivering person-centred support, encouraging community links and relationships.
- Empower the people we support to maximise choice and control over their own lives.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in social care or a support role is desirable but not essential for people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Computer literacy and an openness to adopting new digital systems are essential.
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is highly desirable and essential in some locations.
