What you will do:

- Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and develop appropriate plans
- Provide guidance and support through Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Child Plans
- Engage in both Public and Private Law proceedings, ensuring a comprehensive approach to safeguarding
- Work collaboratively with the locality-based team to achieve step-down or permanence solutions
- Maintain regular communication with families and professionals involved in the child's care
