Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision and support to kinship carers to ensure safe, stable placements.

• Conduct Connected Persons Assessments and Regulation 24 assessments, ensuring robust evaluation of potential carers.

• Complete Foster Carer reviews to maintain compliance and enhance support strategies.

• Contribute to the design and delivery of targeted support services for kinship carers.

• Work collaboratively with the Interim Kinship Team Manager to drive service improvements.

• Maintain comprehensive, high-quality case records in line with statutory requirements.

• Engage directly with children and families to ensure placements meet their needs and promote sustainable relationships.

• Stay informed on relevant legislation, policy updates, and best practices to deliver consistently high standards.
