What you will do:

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners, mainly Occupational Therapists, ensuring their work aligns with person-centred and strengths-based principles.
  • Supervise and provide line management to senior practitioners and team members within your service area.
  • Ensure all staff are compliant with Safeguarding Adults policies, adhering to both local and national legislation.
  • Manage team performance regarding Health and Social Care Key Performance Indicators and other metrics.
  • Contribute to Freedom of Information requests, handle complaints, and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Hold HCPC registration and possess a valid driving license.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional care and support within the community.
