**What you will do:**
- Hold and effectively manage a complex and varied caseload with appropriate supervision and support.
- Undertake work within legislative frameworks, including preparing reports and representations to the judiciary.
- Make complex decisions and manage risks using professional judgement and evidence-based tools.
- Communicate effectively in complex situations and represent the department at multi-disciplinary forums.
- Conduct direct work with service users, carers, and families, following interagency safeguarding policies.
- Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with individuals, carers, advocates, and other agencies.
- Manage the coordination, monitoring, and review of support plans to ensure services meet assessed needs.
- Act as a care navigator, making appropriate assessments and planning responses to support individual needs.
- Lead safeguarding enquiries and work cooperatively across multi-agency boundaries.
- Focus on continuous professional development and maintain Social Work England registration.
