What you will do:
- Undertake a range of complex Occupational Therapy assessments with an occupational focus and the aim of reducing barriers to inclusion.
- Take responsibility for care planning throughout the entire process, ensuring every detail is considered.
- Manage a caseload, regularly monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating changes in an individual’s needs to ensure effective use of services and resources.
- Organise work activities, planning, and prioritising as necessary to meet statutory requirements and service priorities.
To excel in this role, you must be HCPC registered, and having access to a car is essential for navigating the diverse and thriving city of Leeds.
