What you will do:

• Deliver clinical pharmaceutical services to patients, ensuring optimum use of medicines and promotion of evidence-based practice.
• Undertake and manage aseptic preparation and dispensing.
• Provide expert advice and support on the safe and effective use of medicines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct clinical audits and participate in the development of local guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

• You must hold a Pharmacy degree (MSc/BSc) and be registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• A postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent experience is necessary, along with an aseptic preparation and dispensing course.
• Significant and demonstrable clinical hospital experience is essential.
• You should possess the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
