What you will do:

• Conduct Remote phone clinics with the option of some face-to-face clinics to provide comprehensive nutritional therapy.
• Manage patients with CKD stages 4 and 5, including those on haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement nutritional care plans.
• Provide insightful training and guidance on dietetic interventions to patients and healthcare workers.
• Embark on a dynamic role that requires regular visits to Brighton to pick up a laptop and participate in IT systems training.

This role requires registration with the HCPC and a willingness to jump behind the wheel to enhance patient care.
