What you will do:

• Manage a caseload, providing tailored support to adults experiencing psychosis and various mental health conditions.
• Lead and participate in community-based interventions aligned with the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) ethos.
• Conduct assessments and provide care coordination, ensuring each client’s individual needs are met.
• Contribute to the team’s duty rota, providing essential support and expertise where needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development and learning opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be HCPC registered with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with early intervention services is vital.
• A valid driving licence is preferable for navigating multiple sites effectively.
