Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Opportunity in Community Mental Health Team – Isle of Wight, UK

This opportunity offers a rewarding hourly salary of £27.00 for day shifts, £31.29 for night and Saturday shifts, and £38.51 for Sunday and Bank Holiday, with the position available to start ASAP and continuing on an ongoing basis for up to 3 months. You will work full time, contributing 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Your expertise will support the review of waiting lists across three localities within the Community Mental Health Team, conducting risk assessments and escalating for further evaluation when necessary.

What you will do:
- Conduct thorough reviews of waiting lists across three localities within the Community Mental Health Team.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and escalate for further assessment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible care to service users.
- Support the continuous improvement of mental health services and contribute to quality care delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and development opportunities to foster continuous learning and improvement.
