Interim Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer (Senior Practitioner) in Birmingham, UK - £33.31 hourly. Full Time. Ongoing. What you will do:
- Undertake and moderate practice evaluations to ensure quality assurance across the board
- Collaborate closely with the research and QA specialist to analyse complex information and data
- Connect insights to performance and practice, delivering improvement activities using Birmingham Children's Trust’s excellent practice model
- Mentor and support fellow practitioners, fostering professional curiosity and relationship-based practices
- Participate actively in various meetings, sharing quality assurance findings and celebrating great practice
- Sustain and develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the Trust
- Exhibit excellent written communication skills, conveying findings and insights clearly across multiple disciplines
