What you will do:

• Plan, lead, and evaluate a range of youth work activities and projects to engage and inspire local young people.
• Provide guidance and supervision to a team of youth workers, volunteers, and sessional staff.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment in line with safeguarding policies and best practices.
• Develop meaningful relationships with young people, offering mentoring and group support to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with schools, statutory services, and community organisations to integrate support and signposting for young people.
• Contribute to strategic planning and report on outcomes and impacts to improve services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
