Location: Cheltenham (UK) - £45.40 Hourly - Ongoing, Flexible, Full-time or Part-time (3 days per week)

What you will do:

- Hold and manage a caseload of children requiring intervention, including Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Child in Care (CIC) cases, inclusive of some court work.
- Provide effective, evidence-based interventions focusing on timeliness and impact.
- Conduct face-to-face visits with all children, ensuring meaningful interactions and assessments.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all cases and interventions.
- Collaborate with families, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance practices and outcomes.
- Contribute to team meetings and case discussions to support collective decision-making.
