What you will do:

• Manage and oversee complex court processes, ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared and reviewed.
• Engage in comprehensive planning for permanency, addressing the best interests of the child.
• Conduct thorough parenting assessments and viability assessments within tight deadlines.
• Compile detailed CPRs and Annex A reports that withstand scrutiny and meet court standards.
• Provide expert guidance and risk assessments to support decision-making within the team.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to drive positive outcomes for children and families.
