What you will do:

• Provide assessment and support to foster carers and supported lodging hosts.
• Manage a full caseload of up to 17 carers, ensuring monthly visits and ongoing support.
• Build strong relationships with carers and hosts, enhancing communication and written skills within the foster care system.
• Conduct location visits throughout Southwark and potentially to Kent or Essex, ensuring comprehensive support is provided.
• Collaborate with a responsive and available team to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
