What you will do:

• Conduct timely neuro assessments for patients in the acute stroke unit.
• Devise and implement thorough treatment programmes to aid in patients’ recovery.
• Facilitate effective discharge planning within the established stroke pathway.
• Execute specialist cognitive and perceptual assessments.
• Engage in functional retraining to aid patient rehabilitation.
• Provide expertise in specialist seating arrangements.
• Develop complex discharge and rehabilitation plans.
