What You Will Do:

• Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services within the orthopaedics department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Carry out assessments to identify patients' individual needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans to ensure optimum recovery.
• Provide expert advice and education to patients and their families on managing conditions and promoting independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional standards.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be HCPC registered, with a strong background in acute hospital settings and your own transport to navigate between appointments.
