What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Assessment Team, ensuring timely and child-focused responses to referrals.
- Conduct in-depth assessments and investigations into concerns to determine the most suitable support for children and families.
- Collaborate with other staff within the Directorate and partner agencies to provide comprehensive support services.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with children and families to facilitate effective communication and support.
- Manage complex caseloads with precision and care, drafting well-researched reports and assessments.
