What you will do:

• Take responsibility for and manage a caseload, ensuring your casework is addressed efficiently and professionally.
• Advise clients on strategies and methods for overcoming daily living challenges by teaching new techniques such as dressing, bathing, and cooking, and involve carers or family members where appropriate.
• Recommend and arrange for appropriate and cost-effective equipment or minor adaptations to the home, adjusting environments to meet each service user’s unique needs as per Occupational Therapy policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, including those requiring the HCPC registration.
• An ability to travel is essential, so possessing a valid driving licence is beneficial for reaching clients across Hammersmith.
