**What you will do:**

• Collaborate with educational and residential teams to craft therapeutic interpersonal environments.
• Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate personalised intervention strategies for children and young people.
• Conduct workshops, training, and offer guidance to maintain cohesive support systems for our young people.
• Drive therapeutic practice within Cumberland School and surrounding homes, ensuring each child receives bespoke support.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team framework to foster dynamic team synergy and clinical best practices.

**What we are looking for:**

• A qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
• Proven skills and experience in assessing, formulating, and supporting therapeutic interventions for complex needs.
• Experience in creating clinically informed environments for children and young people.
• Strong leadership and training capabilities to motivate and guide staff.
• Exceptional organisational skills, initiative-taking, and a commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for young people.
• A full driving licence is required for necessary travel.
